The sensorProbe2, sensorProbe8 and securityProbe environmental monitoring hardware is SNMP compatible so that an integration into network management systems such as Intellipool, SCOM, HP SIM is possible. Many of the AKCP intelligent sensors are equipped with an OID, so that the current reading of the temperature sensor is also possible with SNMP command.
The necessary SNMP MIB and SNMP tools are included with each sensorProbe and securityProbe monitoring device for a reliable integration of SNMP monitoring hardware into NMS such as WhtsUp Gold.
