Didactum® support customers in terms of technical assistance around AKCP`s monitoring hardware. Please also see our FAQs - here we answer Frequently Asked Questions about AKCP`s sensorProbe and securityProbe series. If you have technicals problems with your AKCP monitoring solutions please use this eMail address: support[at]didactum[dot]com. Please give our support staff always the serial number (MAC address) of your AKCP monitoring device. Some details about your system environment will also accelerate the solution of your problems. Please indicate your correspondence / eMail always with your assigned Didactum® support ticket number. Important: Please note that Didactum® only supports AKCP Environmental Monitoring Solutions, which were purchased directly from Didactum® or from our many reseller partners. For this reason we need the Mac address of your AKCP product. Alternatively you have the possibility of a fee-based support or to contact directly your AKCP-vendor. |
Customers with valid support contracts should contact those support phone numbers and eMail adresses listed in the support contract. Please always provide your contract number. The Didactum® Support team will contact you within agreed response times. |

Contrary to expectation that your AKCP monitoring device purchased from Didactum should be defective, please contact our support team first. In many cases, problems have already been successfully solved on phone. Before returning a defective unit to Didactum, please apply an RMA number from our support staff. The RMA form must be completed. Important: In principle, all returns, which do not have an RMA number will be returned unprocessed and unfree from our logistics personnel. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you do not purchased your AKCP monitoring product at Didactum®, please contact your local dealer / reseller. |
Didactum offers trials of sensorProbe and securityProbe remote monitoring appliances are possible for corporate and public clients. Please contact our sales staff. The trial-form AKCP monitoring hardware must be completed. Due to the large number of trials, it can lead to delays. Didactum could also provide your preferred testing environment in our laboratory. Upon request, the technical support of Didactum will give you an online access to your desired sensorProbe or securityProbe remote security appliance. |
