The Security sensor is a magnetic on/off switch. Security Sensors can be wired in series so that multiple sensors can use a single dry contact port on the sensorProbe-X20. There are no reasonable limits on the distance of the security sensors from the the dry contact of the sensorProbe-X20 or securityProbe-X20.
