AKCPs motion sensor for sensorProbe and securityProbe alarm server allows a reliable security surveillance of these critical areas. The motion detector AK-MD00 is equipped with a highly sensitive passive infrared sensor and is specially designed for the reliable collection / detection of movement. Keep informed when your server room, data center or warehouse is entered.

Monitor and protect larger rooms and facilities:

To ensure complete detection of movement in large spaces, up to 10 AKCP motion detectors can be linked together - with simultaneous occupancy of only one sensor port of the AKCP remote monitoring device.

		How will you be alerted, when your building and your data center is trespassed in the evening or on the weekend? Monitor your mission-critical infrastructure with AKCP`s motion detector for sensorProbe and securityProbe security monitoring devices. Possible ways of alerting could be seen here. You can take actions in form of a silent alarm or you could respond by automatically activating the alarm siren in case of uninvited guests.

		Fig. II: The installation of motion detector is done in a few minutes. In the web interface of the sensorProbe or securityProbe IP-enabled remote monitoring device you can also activate time filter for the motion detector.

Compatibility of Motion Detector

The motion detector is fully compatible with the sensorProbe2, sensorProbe8 and securityProbe remote security devices. The connection of the sensor is made by RJ-45 connector. Thanks to AKCP AutoSense feature, is motion detector will be automatically identified. The power supply of the motion detection sensor is carried by the sensorProbe or securityProbe monitoring hardware. Extra batteries or an additional power supply is not needed so a flexible positioning of the motion is therefore possible.
